How can I place an order?

You can order online with a credit card (MC/VISA) or a PayPal account. If you would like to use American Express, it is possible, but you have to do the following: on the checkout screen, choose to pay with PayPal, then on the PayPal screen choose the "I don't have a PayPal account option". It will then let you pay with a credit card of your choice.

How quickly do orders ship?

We try our best to ship orders in 3-5 business days. However, orders may be delayed due to product availability or high order volume, in which case an order may take up to 10 business days to ship. If there is any additional delay, we will contact you.

Please note: t-shirt orders, especially dark t-shirts, may take 5-12 business days to ship. We are using a new supplier for t-shirts and the turnaround times that we have from them vary right now.

Also note: in some cases, for example the official Barack Obama stickers, we may become sold out of a product, in which case we will note that on the web site and if you decide to purchase we will not be able to send the item until we receive it from the manufacturer.

Do you accept international orders?

Not at this time. We used to, but we don't have a good process in place for dealing with the mailing of packages and customs forms. In the future, we will offer international ordering again. If you are an international customer who ordered from us previously and would like to order again, please email us - we will probably be happy to make an exception.

I ordered online but I didn't get a confirmation email.

First, check your 'bulk mail' or 'spam mail' folder. Email providers are constantly upgrading and changing their spam catching methods and sometimes our emails land there. If it's not there, then send an email to Sales@StampAndShout.com and we'll be happy to confirm your order.

I received a ship confirmation email about a week ago and haven't received my order.

Sometimes orders can experience delays in the USPS system. If it has been ten days since your order was shipped and your order has not arrived with the mail on the 10th day, then contact us at Support@StampAndShout.com and we will resolve the issue.

Do you take suggestions for stickers?

Yes.

Do you pay for sticker/slogan ideas?

Probably not, but you can always contact us.

What are your stickers made of?

High quality vinyl with a laminate coating and UV resistant inks.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from the shipment date to contact StampAndShout if you would like to return an unused item for an exchange or refund. Please note: merchandise related to a November election cannot be returned after October 1st unless we approve the return on a case by case basis.

What emails can I expect to receive from you?

You should receive an order confirmation email within 1 business day of placing your order. Then, when your order ships you will receive a ship confirmation email. About a month later, you will recieve a feedback request email asking for feedback on the items you purchased. We also send out a quarterly newsletter every three months with new items, sale prices, and coupons. You can sign up for our newsletter here and opt out of marketing communications here.
